Description

An extremely efficient sanitising cleaner in food preparation, production & storage areas where hygiene is of the utmost importance. Exceptional for cleaning any non-absorbent surface, including stainless steel and formica type surfaces. Can be used for all food preparation areas, including benches and cabinets. Also use to sanitise and clean floors, walls, ceilings, etc. Clean and deodorise meat and fish fridge/freezers, cool stores, butchers, fish shops.MPI Approved C31 (All animal product except dairy)

Directions

Remove or cover all food before using. Upon completion of cleaning/sanitising process, rinse food preparation surface with potable water. Spray-n-Wipe Cleaning Solution: 1 part J-70 to 4 parts water (100ml J-70 to 400ml water) -tables, countertops etc. Surface Sanitising: 1 part J-70 to 80 parts water (100ml J-70 to 8 litres water) - floors, walls, food preparation surfaces, storage units, etc.
